Good stuff! I use Oomph for long pickleball sessions. If it is a 10 hour tournament day, I start off with 1 pack and supplement it with my regular electrolytes. Then half way through the day, I do another pack. Works similar to a long hike where I would sip on a carb drink as well as electrolytes. Good stuff!

Taste aside, oomph delivers as promised. As an colligate athlete I felt like this gives me an edge compared to everyone else drinking energy drinks. I don’t crash at halftime, plenty of electrolytes so my muscles fire properly, and I feel a little bit sharper mentally.
